Our general terms state that if you are unable to train due to a (severe) injury, you can stop. We want to make you stronger, not hinder your progress. Therefore, we will do everything to help with your injury.
Actually, no. We often help people get in better shape. Additionally, there are personal trainers in our field who specialize in people like you, which is why we designed this program.
The goal is to make sure you enjoy it. It has to feel good, but there also needs to be a connection with us and our training style. That’s why we offer 3-week trial sessions. This lets you get a good feel for us and our training.
